      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide internal helpdesk support for associates, contractors, and visitors
      - Respond to, record, track, and resolve tickets using helpdesk software
      - Monitor, triage, and assign Tier 1 helpdesk requests
      - Provision and troubleshoot laptop and desktop computers for onboarding and replacements
      - Support A/V setup for video conferencing and company events

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
      - 1-2 years of experience in a helpdesk or IT support role
      - Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking principles
      - Familiarity with helpdesk software and ticketing systems
      - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively

      - Previous experience in warehouse IT support
      - Eager to embrace new technologies and adapt to changing IT environments
      - Legendary customer service and deskside manner
      - Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
