      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Deliver outstanding "white glove" helpdesk support to ensure users have the tools they need to be successful
      - Manage the full lifecycle of IT assets, including procurement, inventory tracking, and coordination of repairs
      - Respond to and resolve technical issues within SLAs using Jira and Confluence
      - Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues across various systems, including Mac and Windows
      - Own the IT side of employee onboarding and offboarding to ensure a seamless experience

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2 years of experience in an IT Support or IT Operations role
      - Proven track record of proactive problem-solving and investigating root causes of issues
      - Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally
      - Technical proficiency with macOS and Windows environments, as well as common SaaS tools
      - Ability to adapt quickly and maintain productivity in a dynamic environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working in an unstructured environment requiring innovative thinking
      - Familiarity with IT compliance standards such as SOC 2
      - Previous experience in managing remote IT support for distributed teams
      - Knowledge of video conferencing equipment and maintenance
      - Ability to execute small-scope projects to enhance operations
