What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Independently work on projects and assignments, escalating complex issues when necessary
- Provide leadership to direct and coordinate the work of other staff members
- Serve as a consultant in specific technical areas of expertise
- Participate in technical planning and system architecture design
- Provide 24/7 call support and collaborate virtually with colleagues at different locations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree and 5 years of experience, including 3 years of technical experience and 1 year of leadership experience
- Demonstrated project management skills and proven oral and written communication abilities
- Expertise in one computing technology and experience working in healthcare technology
- Capable of moving among work areas and willingness to do so
- Master's degree in applicable field preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Azure Active Directory, Active Directory, ADFS, Azure Active Directory Connect, and Microsoft Authenticator
- Familiarity with operating systems, server architecture, patching, updates, Azure Arc, Azure Monitor, MDI, and Azure Analytics
