What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the PMO point of contact for new vendor requests, renewals, and SOW changes supporting IT projects
- Draft, assemble, and refine Statements of Work (SOWs) and manage contract workflows
- Support and execute negotiations for staffing and recurring services within established guidelines
- Track vendor performance issues and support vendor governance processes
- Provide reporting to PMO and IT leadership on vendor engagements and contract pipelines
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3+ years of experience in vendor management coordination, procurement support, or IT project support
- Experience in an IT delivery environment supporting project/program teams (Agile or hybrid)
- Working knowledge of SOW structures and contract lifecycle steps
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple vendor workflows simultaneously
- Strong written communication skills and attention to detail
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience supporting or participating in rate/term negotiations for staffing or professional services
- Familiarity with vendor risk/security intake steps
- Ability to leverage AI tools responsibly for contract/SOW analysis and documentation
- Experience in building templates/playbooks to improve operational workflows
