- An experienced IT Change Manager who holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and has at least 4 years of experience in managing deployments, designing processes, and driving process improvements.
- The ideal candidate must have a profound understanding of IT services, as well as the necessary outcomes and deliverables.
- They should be ITIL V4 certified and possess excellent communication and collaboration skills, including proficiency in both written and spoken English.
- The IT Change Manager will be responsible for overseeing all change-related activities and initiatives within the organization's information systems and IT infrastructures. This involves ensuring that requested changes align with business objectives, maintaining the overall quality of the change management process, and enforcing adherence to the organization's change management policies and procedures.
- The IT Change Manager will also ensure that end-to-end stakeholders are involved in the process and that change controls are applied judiciously to prevent unauthorized and disruptive changes from being migrated to production.
- Defining, enforcing, and enhancing the change management process for the entire Information Services Department.
- This role involves reducing the risk associated with production deployments and strengthening the stability of the IT system.
- You will manage the implementation of technological changes that affect operations, ensuring that they are evaluated, contracted, traced, and implemented according to prescribed processes while maintaining operational integrity.

- Build a consolidated view of the scope and content of all IT projects, maintenance, and planned/in-progress improvements within the group.
- Lead the identification and realization of potential efficiency gains and risk and impact reduction by combining multiple actions within Releases (including avoiding potential activity duplications such as designing and building functional improvements that are already planned in later Releases, using test environments and infrastructure resources more effectively).
- Plan and oversee the successful implementation of infrastructure changes and code changes in the IT system to build, prepare, and facilitate the Change Advisory Board (CAB).
- Drive the implementation and continuous improvement of infrastructures to ensure service quality.
- Oversee change requests and the implementation of technical and administrative changes.
- Evaluate the impact of changes made to the operational environment on emergency measures to prioritize actions.
- Assist teams in estimating risks associated with a change and in discovering/exploring related impacts.
- Define and produce performance indicators related to changes.
- Validate releases in the operational environment through system tests, regression tests, and user tests.
- Facilitate post-implementation reviews related to changes that have generated a significant incident; monitor the quality of these reviews conducted by the teams.
