What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Plan, design, develop, and implement reporting solutions using EPIC applications
- Train IT employees and advise end-users on information systems operations
- Mentor less experienced IT staff and review their work as needed
- Maintain and support existing functionalities and evaluate new features of applications
- Communicate system changes and updates to trainers and end-users
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
- Applicable Epic certification, with maintenance of primary certification as a mandatory requirement
- Strong knowledge of information systems and reporting tools
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master’s degree or 3 years of experience in Information Technology
- Project management and leadership experience
- 7 years of applicable business or healthcare experience
- Multiple Epic certifications
