What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Plan, design, develop, and implement reporting functionalities within EPIC applications
- Train IT employees and advise end-users on the operation of information systems
- Mentor and support less experienced IT staff, reviewing their work as necessary
- Maintain and support existing functionalities while evaluating new system features
- Communicate system changes to trainers and relevant stakeholders
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5 years of relevant experience in the field
- Applicable Epic certification, with mandatory maintenance of primary application certification
- Strong understanding of information systems and their application in healthcare settings
- Ability to mentor and guide less experienced staff
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master's degree or 3 years of experience in Information Technology
- Project management and leadership experience
- 7 years of applicable business or healthcare experience
- Multiple Epic certifications
