What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Participate in the planning, design, development, training, implementation, communication, support, and evaluation of assigned applications
- Create, review, and update test scripts to reflect proposed workflow solutions
- Mentor IT staff and support their work as needed
- Ensure compliance with Epic Certification requirements within designated timelines
- Evaluate existing or new functionality related to assigned applications
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Master's degree in pharmacology
- Minimum of 3 years of acute care or retail experience
- Clinical Pharmacy license
- Epic Willow Ambulatory Certification or Epic Willow Inpatient Certification within three months of the first Epic class
- Maintenance of Epic Certification in the primary application is mandatory
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- PhD in pharmacology
- IT experience
- Project management and leadership experience
- 5 years of acute care or retail experience
- 3 years of experience in information technology
