What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with business, IT, and external partners on JDE-related requirements and documentation
- Drive the definition, optimization, and improvement of business processes related to HRIS and Payroll systems
- Manage process compliance, including the development and delivery of documentation and training materials
- Serve as the primary IT owner of the HR module and its interfacing sub-systems
- Troubleshoot functional and technical issues, managing issue resolution with technical support teams
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven experience with JD Edwards Modules: General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, Procurement & Subcontract Management, Contract & Service Billing, and Service Work Orders
- Full understanding of systems architecture concepts and methodologies
- Ability to analyze complex issues and evaluate variable factors
- Experience in project and job cost management
- Strong communication skills to relay technical information to non-technical users
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience managing projects and tracking costs and revenues
- Knowledge of infrastructure platforms and their applications
- Ability to recognize and record profit or loss throughout a project or job
- Familiarity with internal controls and regulatory requirements
- Previous experience in a team lead role
