What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with US-based clients to assess their Service Cloud needs and provide expert guidance
- Configure and customize Salesforce Service Cloud to meet client-specific business processes
- Document all modifications to maintain a comprehensive repository and SOP guides
- Develop custom solutions using Apex, LWC, and Visualforce to enhance Service Cloud functionality
- Troubleshoot and provide effective support for Service Cloud issues
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proficiency in advanced English, both written and spoken
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Salesforce Development
- Familiarity with data migration and integration tools
- Understanding of object-oriented programming
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Service Cloud Consultant, Platform Developer I)
- Experience with Agile development methodologies
- Knowledge of other Salesforce clouds (Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud)
