Job Summary
Join Springs Charter Schools for our Inaugural Job Fair! We are seeking engaging, student-centered teachers for several of our Virtual Programs, including Connections Academy, Virtual Academy, and Montessori Voyage. This is a great opportunity to connect with our team, learn more about our remote and hybrid teaching models, and participate in the hiring process-all in one day.
Positions may be available across various programs and locations.

Virtual Program Teachers at Springs Charter Schools provide high-quality instruction and support to students in a remote and/or hybrid learning environment. Teachers collaborate with families and staff, monitor student progress, and deliver instruction through digital platforms, with occasional in-person support as needed. Opportunities may be available within multiple programs, including:
* Connections Academy - focused on student engagement in a distance learning environment
* Virtual Academy - an immersive online learning experience designed to support both academic and social development
* Montessori Voyage - a virtual program rooted in Montessori principles, supporting individualized and student-driven learning
