      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Coordinate and monitor the joint use attachments application process to protect the employer's assets
      - Conduct field surveys and manage make-ready work related to joint use pole attachments
      - Prepare and secure permits for the placement of facilities and equipment
      - Interface with internal teams and external stakeholders including contractors, customers, and government authorities
      - Develop reports and analyze data related to pole attachments and joint use activities

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Associate degree (or higher) –OR– 2+ years of professional work experience
      - 2+ years of experience in Voice, Data, or Video networking –OR– 6+ months of technical internship experience with the employer
      - Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and insurance
      - Technical knowledge of Real Estate Law, Land Surveying, and Telecommunications is desirable
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Software, particularly Outlook, Excel, and Word

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with GIS software and the ability to write Python scripts
      - Familiarity with project management tools and software such as SharePoint and AutoCAD
      - Demonstrated ability to build positive relationships with diverse individuals and stakeholders
      - Knowledge of engineering and construction standards related to telecommunications
      - Strong organizational and multitasking skills
