      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist in the preparation and processing of bi-weekly payroll, ensuring timely and accurate payment to employees
      - Maintain employee payroll records, including updates for new hires, terminations, and changes in status
      - Support the payroll team in reconciling payroll discrepancies and responding to employee inquiries
      - Help generate payroll reports and assist in analyzing payroll data for accuracy and compliance
      - Collaborate with HR and finance departments to ensure alignment on payroll-related matters

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, human resources, or a related field preferred; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
      - Basic understanding of payroll processes and regulations, particularly in the healthcare sector, is a plus
      - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with payroll software is a plus
      - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment

      - Experience in payroll processing or administration within the healthcare industry
      - Familiarity with payroll software and reporting tools
      - Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity
