What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage the full lifecycle of small-scale projects, ensuring alignment with client goals, timelines, and budgets
- Execute MACD (Moves, Adds, Changes, Deletes) tasks, including hardware/software installation and configuration
- Partner with clients to evaluate technology needs and recommend tailored solutions
- Create and maintain detailed project documentation, including plans, status updates, and communication records
- Serve as a liaison between clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth and timely project delivery
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in the MSP industry, focusing on IT project management and technical support
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, and system administration
- Proficient in industry-standard technologies and platforms (e.g., Windows Server, Microsoft 365, virtualization technologies)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals (or equivalent)
- Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
