What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Actively canvass neighborhoods to identify and educate potential customers on window and door replacement services
- Initiate conversations with homeowners to introduce products and build rapport
- Schedule appointments for sales representatives to conduct in-home consultations
- Implement follow-up strategies to nurture potential leads and maintain communication
- Develop familiarity with local demographics to optimize lead generation efforts
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience preferred
- Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Ability to work independently and build good relationships in a team-oriented environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook, and Excel
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Ground force and Enabled software
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude
- Ability to influence and persuade potential customers
- Curiosity and a willingness to learn and grow
- Previous experience in door-to-door sales or lead generation
