What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Follow all employer policies and procedures while meeting performance expectations
- Accurately calculate and prepare commission payments and statements for sales representatives
- Investigate and resolve commission inquiries and discrepancies in a timely manner
- Support reporting and analysis of sales performance metrics as requested
- Maintain audit-ready documentation and ensure compliance with SOX controls
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, mathematics, or related field
- 0-2 years of experience in commission analysis, financial analysis, or compensation administration
- Strong proficiency in Excel, including lookups and formulas for commission calculations
- Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with sales incentive compensation systems and ERP/CRM tools such as Salesforce or SAP
- Familiarity with incentive compensation software like SAP (Callidus), Xactly, or Varicent
- Knowledge of data analytics tools such as Power BI or Tableau
