      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Recruit, onboard, and schedule judges for regional and championship competitions
      - Coordinate travel, payments, and compliance requirements for judges
      - Evaluate judge performance and provide follow-up training as needed
      - Manage disciplinary actions related to underperformance or professionalism concerns
      - Build and maintain strong relationships with judges and regional offices

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3 years' experience in events or competitions
      - Proficient in cheer scoring systems and related event technology platforms
      - Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace applications
      - Exceptional organizational and time management skills
      - Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Education, or a related field
      - Experience in the cheer and dance industry
      - Proven ability to lead a team with demonstrated business results
      - Knowledge of current and previous scoring systems
