- Review and annotate legal documents, case law, and court opinions to inform AI comprehension.
- Translate complex legal concepts into clear, structured data sets for AI learning.
- Offer insights into legal research methodologies and judicial decision-making processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure legal knowledge accuracy and integrity in model outputs.
- Identify trends, inconsistencies, and opportunities for knowledge enhancement within data sets.
- Maintain rigorous confidentiality and ethical standards in handling sensitive information.
- Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent legal degree.
- Experience as a judicial law clerk or in a comparable legal research role.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex legal concepts succinctly.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities for reviewing legal materials and identifying key elements.
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all documentation and communications.
- Proficiency in legal research databases and familiarity with court opinion structures.
- Comfort with remote collaboration tools and digital work environments.
- Prior experience in AI training, legal technology, or data annotation projects.
- Demonstrated ability to translate legal knowledge for non-legal audiences or technical teams.
- Familiarity with trends in legal informatics or legal AI applications.
