      The Junior Compensation Coordinator works in collaboration with the compensation team to support the maintenance of compensation programs, policies, structures, and practices. This position will assist with the participation in compensation surveys, report preparation, HRIS system adjustments and administrative tasks as assigned.

      Location: 2600 W. Camelback Road, Phoenix
      Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8am to 5pm. One day per week in office

      What You Will Do:

      • Assist with maintaining and responding to questions in Compensation inbox.
      • Assist with compiling data for compensation surveys.
      • Update job descriptions/classifications/families in collaboration with Human Resources Business Partners and Compensation Coordinator.
      • Assist with maintaining job description library.
      • Complete and monitor job level promotion process.
      • Assist with government reporting requirements, ex: EEO1, BLS, IPEDS, OES and etc.
      • Assist with updating department turnover and diversity dashboards.
      • Complete other duties as assigned

      What You Will Have

      • Bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited institution in Human Resources, Business, or Finance preferred.
      • Customer service experience required including problem resolution, working interdepartmentally to support leaders.
      • Experience in human resources preferred including compensation basics; job descriptions, payroll, FLSA, compensation types, job analysis
      • Must have strong knowledge of excel functions
      • HRIS experience required, Workday a plus
      • Must pass pre-employment background investigation.
