What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Call dealership partners to rehash approvals and capture contracts while assessing application risk
- Ensure sales contracts meet program specifications or provide counteroffers as necessary
- Collaborate with dealerships, Area Managers, and Sales/Marketing teams to strengthen partnerships
- Review deals and help structure them for optimal outcomes
- Educate dealers on credit decisions to foster understanding and confidence
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proven relationship-building skills with dealers and internal teams
- Skilled negotiator with a competitive drive
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in auto finance or financial services preferred but not required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google G Suite, and Teams
