      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Call dealership partners to discuss approvals and capture contracts while assessing application risk
      - Ensure sales contracts meet program specifications or suggest alternative programs as needed
      - Collaborate with dealerships, Area Managers, and internal teams to strengthen relationships
      - Review and structure deals for optimal outcomes and provide key information on alternative products
      - Consistently meet or exceed monthly goals for production, quality, and customer satisfaction

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
      - Strong organizational and time management abilities
      - Proven ability to build relationships with dealers and peers
      - Skilled negotiator with a competitive drive
      - Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in auto finance or financial services preferred but not required
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google G Suite, and Teams
