What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage a portfolio of mid-tier customers, ensuring retention, adoption, and customer satisfaction
- Monitor program adoption and proactively engage customers needing support
- Maintain clear and proactive communication with accounts
- Lead renewal conversations, addressing objections and driving retention
- Oversee customer onboarding to ensure a smooth transition onto the platform
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1+ years of experience in customer-facing roles (Customer Success, Account Management, Support, or similar)
- Proven ability to build and optimize processes
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- A proactive attitude, eager to learn and grow within the role
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, capable of building trust and rapport
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Exposure to or experience with Facebook marketing
- Experience with Salesforce, Asana, and/or similar customer success tools
