What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as a first-line resource for Epicor user questions, tickets, and incident triage
- Build and maintain BAQs, Dashboards, and SSRS/Report Builder reports
- Assist in data validation and reconciliation across various modules
- Help configure fields, user security, menus, and personalization settings
- Partner with business teams to streamline workflows and suggest process improvements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in information systems, Computer Science, Business, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
- 0-3 years of Epicor / ERP experience
- Basic familiarity with ERP applications and foundational knowledge of relational databases and SQL
- Experience with Excel (lookups, pivots) and comfort with data cleanup/imports
- Strong analytical/problem-solving skills and clear written and verbal communication
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Former Epicor / ERP experience
- Experience with BAQs, Dashboards, BPMs, Method Directives, and DMT
- Exposure to manufacturing modules (Part/Inventory, BOM/Methods, Jobs/MES, Purchasing, Sales, Finance)
- Knowledge of Crystal Reports, SSRS, or other report building tools
