- Act as first point of contact for employees within your partnering functions
- Facilitate recruitment process for mid-career and non-management roles through close collaboration with managers and recruiters, ensuring we hire the right capabilities into the business
- Drive our local office culture with focus on D&I and wellbeing across the Nordics business
- Manage internal communication channels to ensure information is updated, accessible and engaging
- Support employee engagement initiatives including pulse check surveys and conduct analysis to identify employee needs to improve workplace culture
- Drive employer branding activities across Western Europe, identifying challenges and opportunities whilst ensuring the global Employee Value Proposition is activated in end markets
- Coordinate local talent attraction events to support recruitments and ensure local university engagement
- Enhance overall employee experience and new joiner onboarding activities
- Support ad hoc HR projects locally and across Western Europe area

- Able to multitask, prioritize, deliver high quality results to achieve desired outcomes for the business
- Bachelor or master’s degree within Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, or similar education
- Any additional certifications or experience relevant to HR will be an advantage
- 2-5 years of professional experience in a large company with relevant scope
- Fluency in English and one of the Scandinavian languages can be beneficial (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, or Finnish)
- Knowledge of HR processes and experience within different pillars of people and culture
- Digital capabilities, analytical skills and/or employer branding knowledge are considered an advantage

ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES
We are looking for a proactive team player to join our Nordics HR function, with passion for HR and a unique focus on Employer Branding across BAT Western Europe. If you are eager to contribute to the growth and success of our fast-moving and dynamic business, we have an exciting opportunity for a talented and curious person to develop their skills and make a meaningful impact on our people and culture agenda.
As one of our business partners, you will play a crucial role in building trust and relationships with colleagues by providing excellent service and support to ensure our employees’ success. You will be a key contributor to shaping our local culture with focus on Diversity and Inclusion, promoting employee engagement activities and foster a positive work environment. Furthermore, your employer branding scope will drive various talent attraction activities and continuously enhance the overall employee experience. This is a great role for you to gain valuable experience in a global, multi-category business with exposure to diverse stakeholders within the company.
The role is based in our Nordic head office close to Copenhagen Central Station, where there is a fantastic lunch selection daily, and an office gym for your leisure.
