      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Perform engineering work following company procedures and QA programs, and applicable codes, standards, and regulatory requirements
      - Provide support to plant facility system design engineers to integrate human factors into design modifications or new projects
      - Identify the need for and assist in the preparation of human factors engineering program plans, summary report, V&V plan, and design guides and procedures
      - Perform and document human factors analyses e.g., function and task analyses
      - Interface with various engineering disciplines, suppliers, and other areas of the company

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree from a university of recognized standing in engineering, psychology, or computer science, or related degree, specializing in human factors
      - Minimum two (2) years of experience
      - Must have some familiarity in the application of human factors to engineering design and development processes in process control or related industries
      - Master’s degree in human Factors would be desirable
      - Must demonstrate good technical skills and problem-solving capabilities and be able to seek practical solutions to human factors problems in design and operation
      - Must be a U.S. citizen to be considered

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 0-2 years of experience as an Rx Technician or Customer Service Representative in a healthcare-related service
