      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Collaborate with attorneys to review and revise contracts for the firm
      - Assist in the preparation of legal documents and correspondence
      - Maintain organized files and documentation related to legal matters
      - Support the legal team in various administrative tasks as needed
      - Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external parties

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must demonstrate eligibility to work in the United States
      - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
      - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
      - Previous experience in a legal assistant or similar role preferred

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with contract review and legal terminology
      - Experience working in an accounting or consulting environment
      - Knowledge of legal research tools and resources
      - Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
      - Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
