What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support implementation and analysis of quantitative research projects
- Develop questionnaires, polls, and other research instruments
- Program and deploy surveys and polls using Qualtrics
- Assist in writing and editing reports and presentations for stakeholders
- Manage the clients' Customer Panel and track research projects across the enterprise
What is Required (Qualifications):
- BA/BS degree with a minimum of three (3) years of experience in market research or a related function
- Expert knowledge of Excel, including VLOOKUP and Pivot tables
- Familiarity with PowerPoint functionalities for reporting and multimedia integration
- Prior experience in programming and deploying surveys using Qualtrics or similar tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills along with strong organizational skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with additional software such as Cvent for uploading conference lists
- Demonstrated analytic and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to effectively multitask and work independently with minimal supervision
