      This role is an integral part of providing a best-in-class People Business Partners to the business:

      • Working with the Consumer division to ensure a ‘true’ partnering experience for senior leaders and their management teams.
      • Providing leaders and managers with support and guidance in a wide range of areas, including organisational design & problem solving, behavioural change, change management, colleague development and performance management.
      • Supporting the regular people activities within the team including, performance reviews, salary reviews, engagement survey and training analysis.
      • Coaching and developing senior leadership to help them reach their potential as well as that of their teams.
      • Working with Talent Acquisition team to assist with the implementation of the talent agenda and the support of people development initiatives and resourcing activities.
      • Building a People strategy that aligns to the 5-year plan.
      • Ensuring eNPS is on the agenda and is a key focus for the leadership teams to drive improvement of engagement across the Consumer function.
      • Support projects and employee life cycle events that span across BUs.
      • Managing engagement hot spot resolution, coming up with creative solutions.
      • Provide commercially balanced and proactive Employee Relations advice to minimise the risk to the organisation.
      • Support colleagues to interpret our policies and guide and support them to choose the best course of action for that particular situation.
      • Complete policy development including research, benchmarking and writing new policies and updating current policies.
      • Continually review our helpcentre articles to enable our colleagues to make the most of our digital systems to self-serve.
      • Identifying root cause analysis for helpdesk cases and suggest interventions where appropriate.
      • Deliver and design people management training to upskill our People Leaders in employee relations topics.

      Skills and experience:

      • Excellent knowledge of employment law and HR best practice.
      • Strong stakeholder management.
      • Adept at quickly establishing relationships, gaining trust and confidence of those that are seeking your advice.
      • Experience with redundancy, TUPE, organisational design and effectiveness, M&A and integration.
      • Commercial acumen.
      • CIPD qualified.
      • The ability to analyse statistics and data to drive decision making.
      • Extensive employee relations experience, having worked preferably across a range of cases.
