What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Build strong, trusting relationships with engineers across multiple time zones and cultures
- Lead effective one-on-one and team meetings, ensuring clear communication and follow-up actions
- Drive the full performance management cycle, including development planning and managing performance issues
- Provide timely and constructive feedback to support individual growth and performance
- Navigate sensitive conversations and support engineers through conflicts or challenges with empathy
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Excellent multitasking skills, with the ability to run meetings while capturing insights
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to have tough conversations when necessary
- Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams in a remote setting
- Experience with performance management, coaching, and delivering actionable feedback
- Ability to work effectively with a globally dispersed team across diverse cultures and time zones
