What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Flow
- Collaborate with senior developers and architects on solution design
- Participate actively in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives
- Write clean, well-documented, testable code that follows team standards
- Help translate public health requirements into technical implementations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1-2 years of hands-on Salesforce development or administration experience
- 1+ years working for a governmental public health agency (local, state, federal, or tribal)
- Salesforce Administrator certification required
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies quickly
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification
- Experience with Lightning Web Components or other JavaScript frameworks
- Familiarity with Agile or SAFe methodology
- Background in public health data systems, case management, or epidemiology workflows
- Trailhead Ranger status or significant Trailhead completion
