What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support development of Apex Classes, Triggers, and Lightning Web Components under senior guidance
- Assist in building Flows, validation rules, page layouts, dynamic forms, and user interface components
- Execute unit tests and support test case execution while resolving lower-level defects
- Document configurations, code changes, test results, and technical workflows
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and support end-of-sprint demonstrations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- BA/BS degree in IT, Business, Computer Science, or a related field
- Up to 3 years of Salesforce development/configuration experience
- Basic understanding of Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and Salesforce data structures
- Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance (transferable clearance preferred)
- Strong collaborative skills to work effectively with senior developers and project teams
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with data imports, updates, and mapping exercises using Data Loader or Workbench
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
- Previous experience in a federal grants management environment
