Job Description
- Req#: 87153
- Support the technical definition, evaluation, planning, reporting and interfacing of the WTG transport and installation activities including load in/out operations at the pre-assembly port, transportation and installation of components, including handover(s), all in compliance with industry and company standards, and Health, Safety and Environment regulations and guidelines.
- Installation Engineering - Confirming method statements, risk assessments, lift plans, safety procedures, engineering calculations, permits to work and related documents for all loading, transportation and offshore work is in place.
- HSE performance through design and implementation to eliminate or reduce risks during construction, operation and maintenance.
- Write the technical specifications and support of the Contract manager in the preparation of variation orders and claims.
- Follow up the preparation for execution activities and required interfaces, and support on technical aspects of the transportation and installation.
- Coordinate within the project of assignment, as well as across-projects (with similar roles in other projects) to ensure delivery as per requirements and company standards (including but not limited to).
- Engineering background, ideally with good knowledge in WTG installation
- First experience in the offshore wind industry
- Lead by example on health, safety and environment behaviour
- Able to communicate clearly and concisely
- Proficient in English, German or Danish language skills are beneficial

As a Junior WTG Installation Engineer (d/f/m), you are responsible for the development and coordination of technical wind turbine logistics and installation concepts according to schedule during the planning and construction phase until handover to operation. This includes the collection of requirements, definition of scope, evaluation of documentation, planning of time schedule and cost estimation as well as the support of the project-specific Risk- and Quality- Planning. You are reporting to the WTG Installation Manager.
