      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist in the development and design of customized sales collateral and strategic materials
      - Conduct proactive prospecting and lead-generation projects to support sales growth initiatives
      - Serve as the primary customer contact during sales representatives' absences, ensuring continuity of service
      - Collaborate with the sales support team to coordinate and monitor the progress of assigned projects
      - Manage print sample requests, generate quotes, and process purchase orders and financial documentation

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree minimum
      - 3+ years' experience in sales support, account management, or complex customer relations
      - Strong background in managing client needs and ensuring satisfaction
      - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
      - Experience with CRM systems, sales documentation, and purchase order processing

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience using Salesforce.com
      - Knowledge of educational technology tools and integrations
      - Familiarity with digital content systems and K-12 or higher education market trends
