What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Engage in outbound and inbound calls to discuss meaningful topics and raise funds for various organizations
- Handle sales responsibilities related to memberships, products, or services
- Participate in virtual training sessions to develop necessary skills
- Maintain exceptional conversational skills while multitasking during calls
- Ensure a distraction-free home office environment for optimal performance
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Basic computer skills, including the ability to copy and paste and perform basic troubleshooting
- Ability to work in a virtual environment with a reliable internet connection
- A willingness to learn and take ownership of your success
- Identity verification with a valid photo ID on the first day of training
- Successful completion of a background check prior to phone time
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a call center or sales environment
- Familiarity with using dual monitors for enhanced productivity
- Previous experience with fundraising or working for non-profit organizations
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to technology changes
- Excellent time management skills
