What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive sales in dedicated stores and collaborate with the regional manager on strategies to improve business
- Maintain pristine merchandising of all Kering Eyewear brands and ensure competitive positioning on the sales floor
- Regularly visit department store accounts to build relationships and manage inventory and merchandising
- Utilize sales reports to analyze and manage business performance efficiently
- Identify and execute in-store marketing initiatives to drive sales and enhance brand awareness
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1 year of retail sales experience; experience in luxury and/or eyewear is a plus
- Strong understanding of the luxury fashion category
- Exceptional communication skills with precise attention to detail
- Proven ability to drive positive customer experiences and build loyalty
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
