What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage day-to-day sales activities and relationships with Kitchen & Bath dealers in the assigned territory
- Conduct face-to-face and virtual meetings with new and existing customers to understand their business needs
- Drive sales growth by identifying and acquiring new customers while developing existing relationships
- Analyze past buying patterns to enhance supplier relationships and drive sales
- Provide exceptional customer service, positioning yourself as a valuable resource for clients
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven experience in solutions/consultative-based outside sales, particularly in the Kitchen & Bath dealer segment
- Strong work ethic, proactive attitude, and coachability
- Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks to achieve results
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
- University degree preferred, but not required
- Developed analytical, planning, organizing, and monitoring skills
- Ability to lift, push, or carry items weighing up to 50 pounds
