      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct follow-up with sales staff to address customer and order issues and promote alternative options
      - Manage product orders, including procurement, tracking, and communication of order status
      - Maintain a cyclical order follow-up system to ensure completion and efficiency
      - Train and coach teams on company systems and standard operating procedures
      - Provide support and order management solutions for e-commerce operations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Experience in customer service, data entry/order management, or sales environment
      - Ability to communicate effectively with vendors and customers by various means
      - Valid driver's license and a driving record that meets underwriting standards
      - Ability to travel up to 5-10% of the time for site visits within the Northern Region
      - Satisfactory score on the Wonderlic Personnel Test and/or Caliper Assessment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Knowledge of Kitchen & Bath products, sales, installation, or service
      - Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new business systems
      - Critical thinking skills to evaluate and utilize information effectively
