Kitchen Manager – Provincetown

We are currently looking for a qualified Kitchen Manager to head BOH operations, and lead, and develop a team to succeed in this high-volume, full-service location. We are a founder-run, mission-driven organization with a fun, supportive atmosphere, but we take our food and guest service seriously.

Compensation & Benefits

• $80-85K/YR

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience as a Kitchen Manager or Head Chef in a high-volume environment, experience in a new store opening (preferred)
• Hands-on experience with planning menus and ordering ingredients.
• Knowledge of a wide range of recipes
• Familiarity with kitchen sanitation and safety regulations
• Excellent organizational skills
• Conflict management abilities
• Ability to manage a team in a fast-paced work environment.
• Flexibility to work during evenings and weekends.
• Certification from a culinary school or degree in Restaurant Management is a plus.
