Overview

A family in East Hampton is seeking a seasonal, temporary chef from July 1st through Labor Day, ending September 3rd. The schedule would be from Thursday through Monday each week, approximately 11am-3pm, then a break and return 5pm-10/11pm. If housing is needed, there is a room in East Hampton and an apartment in NYC for days off.

The meals would typically be plated and served, lunch and dinner for 6-8 people, but occasionally it could increase to 12 people. The family usually likes fresh, farm-to-table, and Mediterranean cuisine. If there are any dietary requirements, they will be provided for each guest. The candidate must drive in order to be able to get all the necessary daily fresh groceries and supplies.
