      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Resolve Tier 2 technical issues across hardware, software, and Microsoft 365 tools
      - Execute onboarding and offboarding processes for user accounts and hardware setup
      - Escalate advanced issues to IT leadership or managed service providers with full context
      - Apply device and access policies through tools like Intune and Microsoft Defender
      - Maintain detailed records in the ITSM platform, including tickets and support notes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Associate or Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
      - 4-5 years of experience in an IT support or helpdesk role, preferably in a multi-site organization
      - Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows 10/11, and basic networking
      - Experience with IT ticketing systems and asset management practices
      - Strong communication skills to provide clear updates and ensure follow-through

      - Experience with tools like Intune, Entra ID, Microsoft Defender, and endpoint imaging
      - Self-motivated and organized, able to prioritize and meet deadlines
      - Proven problem-solver who documents resolutions thoroughly

      - Familiarity with cybersecurity awareness campaigns and training programs
