      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Increase furniture sales of lab-related furniture and casework while coordinating communication between customers, project managers, and the design team
      - Conduct ongoing training to ensure team members and partners are proficient in product and industry knowledge
      - Identify emerging markets and market shifts while staying informed about new products and competitors
      - Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales goals and objectives
      - Travel approximately 50% of the time to attend conferences and promote lab solutions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Associate degree in sales, marketing, or a related field
      - Minimum of 5 years of experience selling furniture and casework in a lab environment
      - Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
      - Strong communication skills, including the ability to articulate complex matters clearly and effectively
      - Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Publisher, and Teams

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, or a related field
      - 5 years of experience in outside sales specifically in lab furniture and casework sales
      - Experience with AutoCAD/Revit and CET
      - Familiarity with CRM systems
      - Laboratory-grade casework installation experience
