      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct or assist with research activities
      - Perform study design, recruitment, data collection, clinical interviewing, and data analysis

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Associate’s degree in psychology, public health, or related clinical field or equivalent educational experience
      - Three months of prior research experience
      - Strong technical, analytical, and organizational skills
      - Experience in supporting diversity, equity, and inclusion
      - Ability to work independently and as part of a team

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in psychology, statistics, public health, or a related field
      - Experience working with clinical populations
      - Experience with website design
      - Experience with data analysis
