Provide technical expertise to the engineering team, serving as a primary point of contact for the labs through coordination with vendors, program leadership, and both internal and external customers.
Troubleshoot hardware issues and provide technical support to lab users.
Coordinate hardware maintenance to minimize lab down times.
Ensure lab policies and procedures are being maintained on a daily basis.
Have a daily on-site presence for lab oversite and act as a point of contact for lab related issues.
Typically requires a Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM preferred) and a minimum of 5 years relatable experience in systems management or engineering.
Experience with requirements development, hardware integration, and hardware testing.
Experience building cables, wiring, soldering, and/or general fabrication.
The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
Familiarity with the V-22 aircraft and platform support processes and customer community.
Ability to read and develop technical schematics.
Experience creating, editing, and maintaining procedural documentation including, but not limited to, department policies and procedures
Experience on avionics development, integration, and modernization programs
Experience working with government customers and CDRL
Experience working in a test lab environment
Familiarity with Raytheon company policies & procedures
Current Active DoD Secret or higher Clearance

The Airborne Sensors & Avionics Integration Department is seeking a Lab Manager for Raytheon’s Indianapolis, IN location. This position will be responsible for the physical management of lab space and assisting the V-22 program with hardware integration and maintenance.
