- Serve as a key resource for employee and labor relations issues, ensuring compliance with collective bargaining agreements and federal labor laws.
- Conduct investigations related to workplace misconduct, grievances, and policy violations.
- Draft and review disciplinary actions, performance improvement plans, and other corrective measures.
- Advise managers on labor laws, contract interpretation, and dispute resolution.
- Support union negotiations, grievance processes, and labor-management discussions.
- Develop and deliver training for managers on labor relations and workplace policies.
- Work closely with closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention.
- Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).
- Assist with HR compliance, policy development, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Advanced knowledge of labor laws, union negotiations, and grievance procedures.
- Experience conducting investigations and writing disciplinary actions.
- Advanced communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred

This position may also be eligible for a wide range of competitive benefits that can include but not limited to: medical, well-being, financial planning and short-term incentives benefits.
