      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage and delegate tasks for various projects while collaborating with clients and teammates
      - Oversee client relationships, including conducting meetings and developing proposals and budgets
      - Prepare agreements and manage the creation of construction plans, bid documents, and technical specifications
      - Analyze complex technical challenges and develop improved techniques and solutions
      - Promote training and career path planning for team members

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - BS in Civil Engineering or related degree
      - Minimum of 8 years of increasing engineering experience on complex projects
      - PE licensure in NC or ability to obtain within 6 months
      - Proficient in site layout, grading, utility design, and stormwater management
      - Experience in developing site plans, construction documents, specifications, and engineering reports

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Understanding of the North Carolina market
      - Experience with GIS systems
      - Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D, Microsoft Project, and MS Office
