      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Produce high-quality translations at a pace of 350-400 words per hour
      - Complete day-to-day translation, copyediting, proofreading, and production tasks
      - Review materials in the translation management system and update trackers
      - Modify and enhance curriculum content to integrate technology and design
      - Contribute to strategic thinking around scalable content models

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Native-level Spanish speaker; fluent English speaker
      - BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
      - Minimum of 3 years of proven experience translating English to Spanish
      - Demonstrated ability to translate/trans-create 350-400 words per hour
      - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Knowledge of localization best practices
      - Experience working in the education sector
      - Familiarity with trans-creating K-12 educational materials
      - Subject matter expertise in Math, Science, or Literacy
      - Experience with digital content strategy and development
