What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage the full lifecycle of software license compliance cases, from initial investigation to resolution
- Investigate and analyze case data to identify unlicensed software use and prepare clear, evidence-based reports
- Engage directly with businesses via phone, email, and video to discuss compliance issues and negotiate resolutions
- Maintain meticulous and accurate records of all case activities and communications in the CRM system
- Support operational needs with ad hoc analysis and reporting
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be currently based in South America
- Fluent proficiency in English, both spoken and written
- 1+ years of professional experience in customer engagement, sales, collections, or compliance
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with confidence in handling B2B outreach
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and data analysis tools (MS Excel, Google Sheets)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- A strong interest in software licensing, intellectual property law, or anti-piracy strategy
- Experience building client relationships across various South American markets
