Lead and coordinate global NPI projects for Biosimilars and Complex Therapeutics, including Oncology.
Serve as the primary liaison across global, regional, and local teams to ensure timely and successful product launches.
Guide cross-functional project teams, fostering collaboration, alignment, and shared success.
Oversee project planning and execution using global platforms (e.g., LEAP, ATOM, LEx).
Ensure alignment with global governance and Launch Excellence standards.
Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and enhance quality and efficiency.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Ensure accurate and consistent project data for planning and reporting.
Bachelor’s degree in science or engineering
Proficient in English. Spanish is advantage.
Experience with roll out of global, regional, or affiliate processes and systems
Project management experience
Experience with different systems, ability to become expert user of systems.
Experienced with product launch management is preferred.
Business perspective of many functions: commercial, supply chain, manufacturing, R&D, project management, BD, QA, regulatory, finance and market access.
