      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Collaborate with assigned AUSAs and supervisory attorneys to analyze administrative law and identify potential defenses
      - Maintain knowledge of federal, state, and local laws, alerting AUSAs to any potential issues
      - Oversee habeas corpus and immigration matters, including drafting responses and ensuring timely filing
      - Analyze statutes, judicial precedents, and regulations in relation to assigned cases
      - Draft legal documents, correspondence, and proposed orders for attorney and judicial signatures

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be able to obtain and maintain MRPT facility credentials/authorization; U.S. Citizenship required
      - Licensed by a state bar
      - Minimum of two (2) years of professional work experience
      - Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
      - Must have a valid state driver's license and be physically located within commuting distance of the USAO office

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in handling complex legal cases
      - Strong decision-making skills under time constraints
      - Familiarity with the Service Contract Act and its implications on employment
