      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Collaborate with assigned AUSAs and supervisory attorneys to analyze statutory and regulatory law
      - Conduct reviews and analyze case files to identify potential issues and defenses
      - Manage habeas corpus and immigration habeas matters, ensuring timely filing of responses
      - Provide briefings on relevant facts, issues, and case law to support AUSAs
      - Draft legal documents, correspondence, and proposed orders for attorney review and signature

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be able to obtain and maintain MRPT facility credentials/authorization; U.S. Citizenship required
      - Licensed by a state bar
      - Minimum of two (2) years of professional work experience
      - Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
      - Must have a valid State driver's license and be physically located within commuting distance of the USAO office
